NOTICE: The Terms and Conditions of Use listed here are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read them thoroughly prior to purchasing or accessing any of our content. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Money by Mom Website and all Money by Mom Online Courses, related promotional materials such as webinars and emails, related Course materials, and supporting or included documents, such as the Money by Mom: Your Personal Finance Solution Course.


Course Terms / Purchaser Agreement

All content (the “Course” or “Courses”), including website content, courses, related materials, and documents included, are owned and provided by McKee Made, LLC. (referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Any user or purchaser is referred to as “you” or “your.” These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) direct and define how you can use this website and access the Course. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the most recent changes.

You are legally bound by these terms regardless of whether or not you have read them.

Your Course Use 

When you purchased a Course from McKee Made, LLC., you were notified that these Terms existed, and you had to agree to the Terms in order to move forward. By completing your purchase and accessing the Course, you agree(d) to abide by these Terms in whole.


Age of Consent

You agree and affirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction prior to accessing the Course. Access of the Course by a minor is a violation of use and of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate your access if it is discovered that you are a minor.


Limited License

You have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license (referred to as “License”) for individual use of Courses purchased by you. This license is subject to and in accordance with these Terms.

Your purchase of the Course only allows you to view the Course in accordance with this License. Your purchase of the Course is not a purchase of software or of the content within the Course.

At no time may you change, republish, copy, post, reproduce, upload, translate, sell, transmit, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any way any material from the Course.

You may download and print individual pages of the Course or material for your individual use if all copyright and other proprietary notices remain intact.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course with no refund of fees if you violate these Terms at any time.


Fees

Fees for the Course are detailed on our Website, and we reserve the right to adjust or change our fees at any time, for any reason, with no obligation to adjust current students’ enrollment fees after they’ve already paid for the Course. All fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes or other charges.


Refunds

Our goal is that our Courses help guide you to success. We’ve worked hard to provide adequate resources to do this and to ensure that you are satisfied, and we want to make sure you give your best attempt to employ the strategies set forth in our Courses prior to requesting a refund. For these reasons, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or refunds for unused Course modules or materials.

If however you are not satisfied after utilizing the Course and supplemental materials, we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee / refund period on a case-by-case basis for purchases of Courses as long as your refund request is accompanied by proof of completed course work as described below. The 30-day refund period begins on the day you purchase the Course (day 1), and refund requests and supporting documents must be submitted to [email protected] by 11:59 pm ET on day 30. If you request a refund and do not include the following adequately completed items with your request, and/or you request a refund after 11:59 pm ET on day 30, McKee Made, LLC. will not be obligated to grant you a refund. If your refund request is approved, and any applicable refund has been set to process, your access to the course and any supporting documents or memberships will be terminated, and your account will be deleted. Please note that all refunds are discretionary as determined by McKee Made, LLC.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Course, including but not limited to images, documents, text, and videos, is owned by and is the property of McKee Made, LLC. It is illegal for you to use any of our intellectual property for personal or commercial gain or to modify, to sell, or to otherwise redistribute any of our intellectual property in whole or in part. Such actions may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible by law at our discretion.

 

How you may use Courses and included documents:

Courses are for your individual use only. Access is only granted to one user per Course purchase. You may download, print, and save Course materials securely for your individual use. You may access the Course for as long as the original Course purchased is available.

 

How you may not use Courses and included documents:

At no time and for no reason may you:

Civil and Criminal Penalties

If you violate any part of these Terms, we reserve the right to prosecute you to the fullest extent allowed via criminal or civil statute in any jurisdiction. You explicitly consent to personal jurisdiction in Tennessee by purchasing any Course or accessing related materials or included documents by McKee Made, LLC.

Contributions and Materials Provided by the User

You agree that we have a non-revocable commercial license to use any comment or other content provided by you on any website or platform owned or maintained by us unless you state that we do not have permission within your submission(s), at the time of submission. You have no right to privacy by accessing this Course, any related materials, or included documents.

Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to notify McKee Made, LLC. at [email protected] with any concerns or issues you have with the Course and to give the company an opportunity to resolve these concerns or issues. If a resolution cannot be reached via good-faith negotiation, then you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before filing a civil cause of action. You agree that the laws of Tennessee shall apply if any civil cause of action is filed by or against McKee Made, LLC. related to or connected with this Course.


Non-Disparagement

Libel, slander, or otherwise disparaging language about McKee Made, LLC., the formal DBA Money by Mom, or any content related to the Course, will not be tolerated and will result in your loss of access to the Course and any related materials or supporting documents. We reserve the right to file a civil claim of action against you for any actions you take that materially harm McKee Made, LLC.


Termination

You may terminate your use and access to any of our Courses. Send an email to [email protected] to initiate the process. Please note that termination does not automatically grant you a refund or excuse you from payment for any Course.


Severability

If any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.


Entire Agreement

The information contained here along with the Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between site users and McKee Made, LLC. relating to the use of this website.


Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are governed by United States law. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained here is subject to adjudication in the state of Tennessee, USA.
